IPDetect is a collection of free, lightweight network utilities. No accounts, no ads trackers, no unnecessary data collection — just useful tools that work in seconds.

What we offer

• What Is My IP — see your public IP address, approximate location, ISP, and browser details instantly.
• IP Lookup — look up geolocation and ASN information for any IPv4 or IPv6 address.
• DNS Lookup — query A, AAAA, MX, NS, TXT, CNAME, and SOA records for any domain.
• Password Generator — generate cryptographically random passwords using the browser's built-in Web Crypto API.
• Base64 / URL Encoder — encode and decode Base64 strings and URL percent-encoded text directly in your browser.

Technology

The server is built with FastAPI. IP geolocation is powered by the MaxMind GeoLite2 database. Client-side tools (password generator, encoders) run entirely in your browser — no data leaves your device.
